MidoriMarch.8067 Posted November 10, 2017 Share Posted November 10, 2017 I cannot submit ticket for support while logged in When I try to submit ticket it says "Sign In" and it comes back to the place where you need to type Email + Password and When i sign in and go back to support submit ticket it goes back to "sign in" stuff again... You can submit a ticket using the 'anonymous' option found at the bottom of the submission area. It will make no difference whether you submit a ticket logged in or using this option. Good luck.
