I know it's a weird stat set but I had some ideas I wanted to test and it looks like there's no way to obtain it through lake doric or magnetite? Seems like a weird oversight that has only not been corrected because no one cares. I can see the amulet from the map but I can't find any items that are stat selectable for it.
