Why do we have two different ascended Grieving Inscriptions? And where are the exotic recipes?

What in the name of the Six is this chaotic approach on Grieving stats? Why can't it be simple and orderly like other stats combos so that people know exactly how to get them?

Speaking of which, is the following list correct regarding the acquisition of all available exotic and ascended inscription, insignia, and trinkets?

Edit - Additional info: PvP armor and trinkets, Fractals armor, and WvW gear all have all the new stats available as well.

So, can you use the Intact Mosaic in the Mystic Forge to change stats?

Yes, the Mosaic works as both for the MF conversion mechanic. There are no exotic crafting recipes for grieving armor/weapons yet, just the gear from the Steward as far as I was able to find.

In addition to the prime evil King tomb trinkets You can also have grieving trinkets from the PvP merchant, they have all stats of the game.

 

PvP and fractals armor as well have all stats if the game
