Cant continue PoF Story : Disconnect after the same instance every time

Hey, currently im doing Crystalline Memories and after killing the golem inside of Glint's Lair you have to walk to a crystal.. the crystal starts a monologue.. after it the crystal disappears.. then nothing happens for like 10 seconds and the game kicks me out with this error code : https://imgur.com/a/krBjb

Then you have to do the miniraid again.. Ive already restarted my client and done the mini raid 3 times.. but it keeps crashing after the crystal disappears.. any ideas? I cant move forward if it keeps crashing. I only get disconnected when the crystal dissapears. I dont get any other disconnects.

 

 

 

Okay ive solved the problem after trying out this for one day ( issue started yesterday). Ive fixed it by either just reinstalling or by setting my ip from dynamic to static.
