Unable to initialize 3D output.

Recommended Posts

I hope someone can help me. I have an ASUS GL553VE with an Intel i7-7700 processor, Intel HD Graphics 630 and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti video. When my NVIDIA 1050 Ti is enabled, I can't play Guild Wars 2. It gives me an error message stating "Unable to initialize 3D output, etc...etc., but if I disable it, the game loads without any problems. My drivers are up to date as well as my DirectX. Everything seems to load fine in my NVIDIA GeForce Experience, except I can't play the game. Would someone please be kind enough to walk me through a solution for this? Thank you.
