(You would need to restart your game.) If you were not in-game, you should have received an email with the Serial Key, which you would apply to your account on the 'My Account' site page. Check junk/spam folders. Be aware, it takes ~72 hours after activation of the Serial Key for the Gems to arrive. If you continue to have issue, you can contact the Billing CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below and 'Submit a Ticket' for assistance. Good luck.
