Morlaug.3267
I know the basics of CC strength, that hard CC hurts the bar more than soft. But there seem to be very different strength between the various hard CCs as well. Since we have no value visible to put to the different skill I am wondering if there is someone in this forum that knows more about it. I have the option to play all classes, and have characters for most builds as well. When going to an event or boss run I want to bring something useful. CC is useful, but its hard to tell if its better to bring a character of class X that has 5 CC skills or Another character of class Y that has only 2 since I have no clue what hard CC do most damage to the bar. In fact, its very hard to tell. Any insights?
Lunarlife.5128
Mesmer has MoA and if Chrono can do it twice in a row. You also bring alacricity to the group as well as distortion. Granted, gearing a mesmer is another story x)

Ardid.7203
My Holo has 5 hard CC, all of them quite decent, Laser and Overcharged Shot are specially powerful. However, even those behave quite unpredictably from one enemy to another... sometimes Laser is way more powerful, sometimes there is barely any difference.
