You can't join story instances already in progress; you have to party up beforehand, and then accept the Story invitation whilst on the same map. All party members are in NA. We made our accounts together and everything was the same. It used to work, but we took a break for a few months and now it doesn’t. Used to be able to join friends when we were in separate instances of the same map, but now it doesn't work anymore. Have tried logging in and out again - no luck. My friend submitted a ticket with all of this information: we’re both in NA, darkhaven, we’ve tried creating a squad rather than just a party, and we’ve tried restarting the game while partied. RoseofGilead.8907 Posted December 17, 2017 Share Posted December 17, 2017 Honestly, the only thing I can think of is your friend isn't actually on Darkhaven and is somehow on an EU server instead. Maybe have him check again. Other than that, the only thing you can do is work with support; if you're not sure how to give them the information they've asked for, then reply back and let them know you're unsure about what to do.
