You mean which level should you be in order to learn a crafting discipline?

Seems that there's no requirement at all in order to learn one of them.

You can learn crafting disciplines from [Master craftspeople](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Master_craftsman), who are usually located next to their respective crafting stations, found mostly in major cities (Divinity's Reach, Rata Sum, Lion's Arch, etc.).
