Special request - delay triggered effects

Some sets of runes have special effects that trigger in response to certain skill activations. The one i'm thinking of in particular is the Rune of the Krait's 6pc bonus which causes aoe conditions when activating an elite. All well and good.

 

However, on a mirage using Jaunt, the aoe effect triggers _before_ the mesmer gets to their destination, meaning that it's only really useful if you're using jaunt as a targeted aoe and not a shadowstep. This seems a little counterintuitive at best.

 

I'd like to request that a short - *very* short - delay be added to the triggering of these effects, so that any movement associated with the skill in question has time to process before the effect triggers, to ensure it actually triggers around your character, and not the area they've just departed.
