Will the Game Run with this settings?

Hey guys im building a budget PC for a friend, he wants to get into the game...But Im not sure if this will be enough

Its pretty Much An i3 7100 and 8gb ram he would be playing with the integrated Gpu for a while which is a Intel 630 hd

Can he get constant 30-40 fps on low-medium settings untill he upgrades the gpu?

The i3 7100 will see a lot of stress, but sadly the utilizing the Intel graphics will act as a major drawback. A decent budget GPU like a 1030 or even 1050 would help.

 

As for 30-40 FPS, it is hard to say. While roaming in areas with low population, maybe...but when a zerg shows up most likely would see <15FPS.

I guess ill have to wait untill all parts arive :/ and see for myself, and yeah we were considering a 1050 ti, he is pretty much good to go after that. Thanks :)
