Doing greens on vg isn’t hard. It’s just a nuisance. Good players will always be able to dodge what’s dodgeable. And yeah the river gives LI,4g, ascended, mini, Its not a farm but its free loot for no effort. Stealth is a gameplay mechanic that the developers rarely utilize and rarely let see the light of day. Letting it have it's one moment here in an event to me is not a huge deal for this reason. If it was actually an arena and a boss fight, id care a bit more but seeing as it's a little bit more than a glorified escort i'm okay with it. This wing is only 2 weeks old and ppl already skipping one whole event and getting rewards. And about Glenna getting stealth I never seen it happen on any of the groups I played so I guess ppl didn't follow that trend and the Glenna escort is being done properly so far , but w5 escort is already being skipped by most of the groups doing it, which makes everyone get reward without doing anything. Anyway wont comment anything else on this since most of the players support this kind of gameplay and remove any fun you can get from that event. If they expect distortion and there is none, of course they will go down. If they instead expect that they’ll need to dodge and do so, you will see far less people going down(if any). There are plenty of people with lots of LI that are ‘bad’, but I’d argue that most of them can deal with mechanics decently well as long as they have the right expectations. Yup. Communication is key. I don’t mind doing greens if I have to. A kill is a kill. Btw. The escort event does not give a guaranteed mini or ascended.
