Is ANet forgetting how kittened conditions were in open world PvE?

Did some T3 fracs before the patch as a condi renegade, I could barely do 50% of the dmg of the power builds because they burst down before I stacked enough. I won't even bother trying with this changes.

 

It sucked in open world but was tolerable if you were patient. Since they cut application in half, literally twice as long to do the dmg. Twice as long to kill a mob in open world... from what it was, that makes it useless.

 

Condi is official garbage now for anything but T4 fracs, raids, wvw and pvp??? Anything outside of that won't have enough HP to make it worthwhile.
