An almost-immediate automated response email in reply to the web-form you filled out at the support site accessed via the 'Support' link above/below is usual. Check your spam/junk folders for the email.

If you did receive the automated response, the CS Team allows 72 hours for solution to a ticket. If you haven't heard back after 72 hours, you can update your ticket to check on progress.
