Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted December 11, 2017 Share Posted December 11, 2017 An almost-immediate automated response email in reply to the web-form you filled out at the support site accessed via the 'Support' link above/below is usual. Check your spam/junk folders for the email. If you did receive the automated response, the CS Team allows 72 hours for solution to a ticket.
