WvW PIPS [Proposal/Discussion]

Outnumbered(+5pips) needs to go, instead raise the WXP from outnumbered from 25% to 75%(for more active play reward). Reason is: AFK. Anet don't know how to handle the reward that keeps everyone AFk in spawn. If they were to get the rewards outside(in PVE), then they need to get the same amount of pips independently from their location. Image you get 12 pips in one map, and 7 pips in another. How many would you get in the PVE world? Also the commander bonus would only count inside WvW for this case. Just my 2 cents.
