Lags after crashing

So, I was doing the wintersday JP yesterday and got the a black screen freeze, and the game crashed, but after opening it up again I had horrible fps and lagging when moving my character and camera around, the screen seems to twitch and shatter the image.

I haven't had this problem before and all my other games work just fine. I've already tried setting all my graphics to lowest possible, I changed my 3d-settings to support performance, reinstalled the game, updated my drivers and nothing so far has helped.

I don't know what to do next, I tried searching on the forums but no one else seems to have the same problem, and the issue is making the game completely unplayable.
