Witch of Doom.5739
I know there can be up to a 72-hour delay between purchasing gems in-game and receiving them on new accounts or with a new credit card, but yesterday I bought some, using my longstanding account and stored credit card. I got a message that my gems would be available immediately but I still (24 hours later) have not received them. Is this normal? Thank you. Feirlista Xv.1425
I can remember but do you get them in the in game mail system if so check to see if your mail is full, I think it’s like 10 mails left in it and you can’t get any new mail till you delete some below 10. Freygea.3620
Not sure if helpful but I thought I had purchased gems the other night only to find out my card was declined. It was saved so everything was auto filled. I re-entered everything and the purchase went through fine and I received my gems in seconds. I researched later and found many posts regarding a decline if the fields were already filled out. Perhaps it is their way of getting you to refresh your information every so often.
