Im having problems to log in with new patch

After this last patch I can't access the guild hall - It looks un-upgraded and I get the message the "Instance owner has left you will be returned to Ember Bay". And then kicked out of guild hall. Logging in is lagging as well - takes 10-15 seconds to acknowledge that I selected a character and pressed play. Trade Post is lagging too, btw.

Actually, it didn't. I thought it did, logged into character selection. Left the computer for a bit, came back and couldn't get in any further >_>;

Something went wrong with that last patch. Having serious issues opening the gem store, trade post, and getting that dreaded "The game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server" pop up. Game crashed at Shatterer, and it took 2 minutes for the trade post to register an instant sale of an item.

You can get to the command prompt by searching for it from the start menu/task bar search/Cortana. Will be the first or only result for "command prompt".

 

If you've got one of the more recent Windows 10 builds, you can right click the start button to get a menu that has the option for either Command Prompt or Powershell (depending on which W10 update version you have). The same command will work in either interface.

Got DCed.

 

Tried a few time to log back in, then finally got in.

 

DCed again after a few minutes of play, extremely laggy.

 

Was able to go to the character selection screen, and not further.

My connexion is fine. Why are you blaming us for something that is obviously happening on your side?

Got kicked from the game after a major lag while browsing the TP, now I can't login.

Error Code: 42:0:9001:4402_

 

Before that error I was getting the "recover account" error message + retype password error. I tried to recover it and nothing happened.

Diag servers, CDN servers are fine, so are auth and client gates. My guess is just a server hang and or/ddos.
