Funerary Incense from PoF metas

Has there been any discussion or hints that Funerary Incense will be added to the “Hero’s Choice” chests that drop from PoF metas? Similar to how Amalgamated Gemstones can be picked from HoT metas?

 

It just strikes me as odd that ANet added The PoF option to making legendary weapons, but then made Amalgamated Gemstones (essentially a HoT currency - I realize you can also craft / buy them from the TP) a requirement to buy Funerary Incense. If Funerary Incense could drop from PoF meta chests, it seems like that would make them a bit more appealing to do. Any thoughts?

 

Edit: I guess if we wanted to say that Funerary Incense is the PoF version of Crystalline Ingots, the other alternative is to put Amalgamated Gemstones in PoF meta chests, so that the Gemstones are no longer a “HoT currency.”

That option already exists in one of the metas', but I can't remember which one.
