Tried their suggestions (shut down all protection) - did not change a thing, attempted to change password with the secondary validation - unable to as the step after the reception of the code could not acknowledge with the e-mail as the request of acknowledgement never received by my email (tried twice). Also tried various modification the gw264 execution line (change port request) and also to no avail. It has been 24 hours since I sent the initial trouble ticket, no reply.
