She changed her phone and cannot recieve the serials. She can't even connect to arena.net to deactivate it. Is there any way to solve this problem we sent a ticket but we are having no response. Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted January 4, 2018 Share Posted January 4, 2018 If your friend received the near-immediate automated reply from the CS Team, then she need only wait for other emails.
