XHSA is looking for more raiders to join our experienced raiding groups.

 

Here at XHSA we maintain a pool of experienced raiders with the following qualifications.

 

* 75+ LI

* Kill Proof on all bosses (currently flexible with w5)

* 2 meta classes (atleast one that can meet our DPS benchmark)

The goal of this pool is to maintain a large group of players that meet a minimum competency in which to draw players for our static teams, impromptu experienced runs, achievement runs, and generally activities that require a degree of experience. To pool presently has around 40 members and 3 static teams staffed with unique raiders. (We don't allow people to double up on static slots).

 

We do have a handful of static slots open for about every role, depending on what day you are interested in. Previously, these teams were clearing all 4 wings in under 3 hours every Mon, Tues, and Wed starting at 8:30 Eastern US Time. These teams do sometimes run at other times if they are doing progression, but they always run on their day at that time. Currently teams are pretty much doing whatever they feel like. It could be clearing old wings, w5 progression/CMs, or a mix of.

 

We are currently looking to add players to this pool under the pretense they are also willing to join our community. We offer a long standing and highly active community of 13 years that raids almost exclusively internally, every day. Interest in a static slot is not required for this pool. We recruited quite a few raiders with 200+ LI recently. With many of our current raiders schedules coming going to do a team revision, maybe even adding a team to compensate for new comers. We have alot of talent coming in.
