Game has lost connection with game server.

After logging and moving about for around a minute, the game would put me back in character selection screen with a pop up message saying what it says in the title, "game has lost connection with the game server", making the game pretty much unplayable. I don't think it's the internet connection on my side, because i can still load up this forum and make this post in the browser without any hiccups.
