Cannot get a ticket number submitted.

I do not know what else to do but use the forum. I need to submit a ticket. The AI will not accept saying my display name is invalid. Clearly it is valid because I can sign in to here. How can I get help? There is no phone number and the AI won't accept ticket. I have previous record of several tickets the last few years. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you!

You can email the CS Team at support@arena.net, though the boilerplate response will probably tell you to submit a ticket using the web-forum. Just update the response, and hopefully it will make it through.

 

Does it have the same problem when submitting an anonymous ticket? You could try that, first.

I did just send a note to support@guildwars2.com. Will that do? Should I resend to Support@arena.net. It did not occur to me to do an anonymous ticket. How would I do that? By the way. You're response is very much appreciated.

There should be a link text on the page "If you can't log in you can submit your ticket anonymously", You may have to logout if your logged in to the support site.

 

Also, Considering your forum name isn't in the format of "name.number", I have a feeling the AI might be a tad right when it says your name is incorrect.

Oh, you may be right as to the email address. It used to be on the old forums, but....

 

As noted above, there should be an option to submit a ticket anonymously right below the 'Submit a Ticket' opening page.
