Just so I could possibly have interactive conversation with support, I went ahead and bought the game. I'm fine if they will just merge them so I can get my old characters back. Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted January 14, 2018 Share Posted January 14, 2018 It's not possible to merge accounts, but the CS Team may remove the Serial Keys from the new account and apply them to the old account. That said, the CS Team allows themselves 72 hours to respond to requests. You should, however, received the almost-immediate automated response via email. Good luck.
