Errors makeing f2p acc

just made new acc with hope to try free to play content but in https://account.arena.net/register I got error We were unable to register an account using the information provided. Please check your information and try again. but I resaved email and was able to log into site. It displays my mail and game tag/name then I try use client to log into game I resave mesage Guil wars 2 has encauntered an error Connection failed. Please try again. Build: 85524 Error Code: 1076:4:5:2477.

Now I am writeing from my older gw2 acc and made new f2p to see why my wife cant log in . so my new suposed f2p on diferent emails doent work too. And I dont understand this game went f2p or no feals like realy dont want any f2p player to try out game.

On that site click download , cus you dont have payed the game therefor no serial code, or go to this site for free accounts-. https://account.arena.net/register?alt=gw2&cid=93:5::::Global:40:::

question is so if I made acc with link I provided earlyer can I re link same mail to this new link ? or do I need new mail?
