Remember PvE and Pvp/WvW have there own Coding sections now so that they no longer effect one or the other so they can make changes accordingly in the game modes they see fit. They don't though. Every patch they nerf something because it is strong in WvW and PvP that ends up bleeding over into PvE where it was either already useless or balanced.
