There may be high volume in ticket submissions at this time. With normal volume, the CS Team allows 72 hours for responses. Your ticket has to make its way through the queue, with everyone else. I'm sure the CS Team will assist you as soon as they can.

I understand you're frustrated, but you're not the only one who has submitted a ticket for a pressing issue. Be patient, and you'll have your situation seen to as quickly as support can get to it.
