fonzyfonz.4896
Every time I try to buy gems in game I get "An error has occurred. Please try again later" at the final step after confirmation of my purchase. I've gotten no gems and nothings been charged to my account.

fonzyfonz.4896
Hello, Thank you for your patience while we reviewed your issue. After manually reviewing your purchase attempts, I see that they are displaying characteristics that are commonly found to be associated with high risk transactions. For that reason, your purchase attempts have been determined to be high risk by our payment processor and you will be unable to complete your purchase at this time. The only suggestion we may offer at this time is for you to attempt your purchase at a later date. Alternatively, Gem Cards are available from several retailers around the world. Here is a list of authorized retailers that are selling Gem Cards. Canada: Best Buy Canada, London Drugs, EBGames United States: Fred Meyer, Hasting, NewEgg, Fry's, Amazon, Best Buy, Game Stop Germany: Gamestop, Media Markt, Saturn France: FNAC, Amazon Belgium & Netherlands: Game Mania, Free Record Shop Italy: Amazon.it Spain: FNAC, Gamestop Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland: CDON, Webhallen South Africa: BT Games If you have any further questions, please let us know.
