ArpyClarkson.6845 Posted February 2, 2018 Share Posted February 2, 2018 Hello, I put in a transaction for gems yesterday (~6pm CST 1/31) and have not received any confirmation email/charge to my card. I didn't receive any error message when I submitted my order as far as I know, but it was my first time ordering so I'm unsure where that error would show up; The order window just closed out after the confirmation screen. I was wondering if it is safe to put in a new order, or if I would run the risk of my original order still be processed. I can't afford getting charged twice right now, but I'm also looking to buy time sensitive items. :s Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ReaverKane.7598 Posted February 2, 2018 Share Posted February 2, 2018 According to another post here by Gaile there were some issues with transactions yesterday, apparently they were processed today, so you should have gotten your gems already.
