alacrity change effect rev also

alacrity will be a boon and also nerfed to 25% instead of 33% recharge.

 

rev has 1 trait with the support trait line and also with renegade.

 

its not enough that rev struggle versus condition class but now we have to worry about another boon which will get corrupt and hurts us more.

also 25% nerf to duration of alacrity also hurt the place of the rev as a support in teams (pve mainly) as rev needs nrg to maintain it.

also as a boon rev will probably take only herald which prolong boon duration over renegade.

so renegade stay with a skill order from above which cost too much nrg and now grant 25% less and can be corrupt removed. although it give 4-6 stacks.

 

i think ANET needs to address it also.

 

rev needs more cleanse

serene rejuvenation needs a change. change alacrity to 3 stacks of 1 sec. so if 1 got corrupt the other can still be effecting the group. and give every sec 1 condition cleanse aswell.

same with order from above. give it a 1 cleanse every sec for its duration.

 

this change alone can give the support rev and even renegade (condi or power) a chance to enter the meta with more cleanse abilities.

The hope would be that OFA gets reworked into something more useful, like a condition cleanse.

 

The reality is it will probably be a straight Nerf with nothing extra.
