Nonetheless, why can't something that has been loaded into the cache already during the gaming session (there _is_ a temporary GW2 cache folder after all) be available for the full remainder of the session? Why do the Mount skins (and other textures) have to render again upon entering a new map? Can't the way the cache data is being accessed be modified to spare us having to wait every single time during the same game (and Windows) session?
