Constant Game Crashes - Do you not test before sending out patches?

Nothing more annoying than getting a patch that is so buggy you can't even play - so whoever is running QC not looking good. No QC testing patch, even worst.

I would like to know Please, if possible to have your character when playing the game suddenly you go off line because of a crash if you can start where you left off instead of having to do the whole thing over again. I find it very troublesome when I have to do a whole event over again because suddenly I got kicked out while playing GW2

I wonder if this has anything to do to that insufferable Dragon's Area in Heart of Thors where you get booted after so long there. Please Fix or if possible can you make it to we can start where we left off before being booted from the game Pleas.
