Mantra of Liberation recharge visual bug

After using 2 charges the skill animates to recharge back to 2 charges in 15 seconds while showing Unhindered Delivery, then animates the line again for 10 seconds, upon which the icon flips back over to Portent of Freedom and you ACTUALLY have 2 charges.

 

If you use the skill when it shows 2 charges remaining but Unhindered Delivery is displayed it will consume the last charge.

 

The skill is recharging the charges correctly at 25 seconds but Unhindered Delivery states a 15s recharge incorrectly and animates twice. _Seems this skill wasn't even tested once after the recharge was changed._

 

**So it is essentially a visual bug fix and a tooltip fix, so as Guardians I'm assuming we need to wait for the next BIG balance patch in 3 months for such a drastic change to our profession?**

I just made a post about this. I hadn't seen your post, but I can confirm that this is exactly what happens. It uses both charges as if they were the last one. We need a quick fix for this, as this is simply broken.

You probably already know this but mantra of solace is still bugged too

 

The last 2 charges do not have the 1 second cooldown, if you spam it you deplete it

After some more testing I've had multiple times now where it says 3 charges but the icon looks like the last charge and then upon activation it consumes all 3 charges and go on long CD. So apparently it's not just for the 2nd charge but for all three.

why not nerfing all those mantras so they not need to repair it and leave in spirit weapons section.
