Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted February 7, 2018 Share Posted February 7, 2018 If you have overlays/3rd party programs, you can try disabling them. You can try clearing your local.dat/cache. You can try guesting with that character. If you continue to have issue, you can contact the CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below and 'Submit a Ticket' for assistance. Good luck. Cierdwyn.4675 Posted February 7, 2018 Share Posted February 7, 2018 I am having this SAME problem with only one of my avvies .. my ranger who is my main avvie, it occurred after a hard crash yesterday, and the game keeps trying to load me into a map that I had left much earlier. I've tried everything suggested, and other things I found along the way in other threads, and nothing I do on my end helps. Best of luck getting it sorted, I'm in wait mode for now I guess. This has happened several times before and it's always been sorted within a few hours, so I am trying to keep busy and not let it make me crazy. lol I just keep trying every now and again and cross my fingers hoping this time she's back in! :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If so, did you not receive the near-immediate automated response? Be aware: after the automated response, the CS Team allows 72 hours (or more with high volume) to respond to your issue. Good luck.
