Support renegade nerf?

Does support renegade now need boon duration to provide 100% alacrity uptime?

you will need 50% boon duration in order to have 3 sec serene rejuvenation back

So its a nerf right? The apeal of renegade support was the fact he could be full viper and now it canno be right?

its basically 33% more nrg now to maintain natural harmony. and natural harmony is 2 sec and serene rejuvenation is 2 sec. so i guess 0.3 sec will be lost due to clicking timing , lag etc... and probably .

i was able to maintain it with F4 rotation but couldnt use any other skills due to nrg management during the rotation.
