Bar Moach.2483 Posted February 13, 2018 Share Posted February 13, 2018 Hey guys, I know this sounds a little bit funny, but for Valentine's Day I decided to buy two copies of the GW2 expansions - one for me and one for my girlfriend (she loves MMOs) so we could play together. However the email I used for my GW2 account was hacked, so I opened a support ticket asking to change my account's email address to a new one. I provided enough evidence to prove that the account belongs to me, including the serial from the original game package, but three days have passed and I did not receive any answer at all. I am afraid that the technical support team might have tried to contact me via my older email, but I can't access it anymore because it was hacked. In the support ticket I opened I made clear that if they want to reach me by email they must use the newer address since I cannot access the older one. Alternatively, maybe the response time is just longer than 3 days? If you have any advice please let me know ASAP since I'd like to solve this before Valentine's Day. Thank you very much!
