[Theorycraft] Lost in Time: Fractal Support Chronomancer

As I've been playing with some of these new-fangled DPS Chronos in my Fractal runs this past week, I've been toying with a variant support build that could better enable their use of Danger Time, which is a significant DPS increase for their builds. So I present the super, mega, hyper niche...

Notes on the build:

* 100% Boon Duration assumes six "permanent" Boons for 18% bonus Boon Duration from Chaotic Persistence, plus 15% from Fractal Mobility Potion, and the proc of Sigil of Concentration

* Again assuming six ongoing Boons, bonus Condition Duration will be about 83%, without taking into consideration the additional Expertise gained from Corsair Maintenance Oil due to the increased Toughness from Fractal Defense Potion. A full set of Expertise Infusions, can push the Condition Duration bonus by another 6%.

* If nothing else, I suppose I finally found a usable build that utilizes the Giftbringer stats...

Why Condi Duration? Your Build doesn't cause much Conditions.

Condition Duration is mainly a tool to increase the uptime of Slow, thereby increasing the amount of time Power Chronos can gain the benefits of Danger Time.

nice idea , but given that power chrono with danger time only has 1-2 k dps gain. i don't think its worth that much of trouble.
