Glider Withdraw After Hitting Overhead Objects

Recommended Posts

The glider withdrawing after hitting an overhead object should not be a concern. I noticed this when doing the Chalice of Tears JP. Bumping my head on an overhead object drops me straight into the lava. And I'm currently at the part where you need to fly in between a rock, timed because of geysers, and have to make a certain angle to land on the next platform.

Between the chest and the next platform there is a small area to glide through but I keep hitting my head. Forget challenging, this is just irritating. I don't remember gliders having this problem before? I see that Anet has tried to add gamebreaking countermeasures to keep the original challenge of the game mode alive. I just did Loreclaw Expanse and they added boulders that fall on your head when you try to get to the chest with a mount. I though: Huh, cute. This? This is not cute.

What do you guys think?
