Neeman Oria.7504
The glider withdrawing after hitting an overhead object should not be a concern. I noticed this when doing the Chalice of Tears JP. Bumping my head on an overhead object drops me straight into the lava. And I'm currently at the part where you need to fly in between a rock, timed because of geysers, and have to make a certain angle to land on the next platform. ![](https://wiki.guildwars2.com/images/d/db/Chalice_of_Tears_solution_step_3b.jpg "") Between the chest and the next platform there is a small area to glide through but I keep hitting my head. Forget challenging, this is just irritating. I don't remember gliders having this problem before? I see that Anet has tried to add gamebreaking countermeasures to keep the original challenge of the game mode alive. I just did Loreclaw Expanse and they added boulders that fall on your head when you try to get to the chest with a mount. I though: Huh, cute. This? This is not cute. What do you guys think? Airdive.2613
I don't recall glider ever behave like that, although I didn't bump into ceilings lately.
Cobrakon.3108
Im in ember bay now i can help you if you want. I have ports. What you might also be experiencing is the shots of lava shooting up... but i could be wrong.
artemis.6781
At Dom, if you hit your head while in an updraft, yes you will plummet to the ground. And yes very irritating.
Ardid.7203
This has happened to me on other places. (Stupid weird places where you hit your head straight up when gliding because I was not supposed to be there, but anyway...)
