Communicate better

So coming from GW1 I may be a little spoiled, there, festivals had clearly communicated end dates, that were on wiki etc, and even if you missed those, you could still turn in your stuff for another 1-2 weeks.

 

Here, you log in one day to find out a festival has ended and you're stuck with all your stuff, no way to still use your fireworks for achievements, and it's all down. Really poor communication, this is really frustrating and turning me down in actually trying at all for the festival releases.

 

You can do this better Anet. I know you can, because you did over 10 years ago.
