[Suggestion] Ability to manually exclude items from the "salvage all"

Salvage All was a godsend.

But you know, sometimes I've got a chock-full inventory but I'm also busy collecting up a pile of unidentified gear/unstable hide/what-have-you and i'd like a way to avoid salvaging these items prematurely without having to mess up my carefully-organized invisible bag or else getting stuck having to manually salvage all that stuff one by one like some kind of **_heathen._**

All I'm saying is it would be pretty cool if in the "are you sure" window, i could de-check or right-click>exclude a thing or two from the salvage pile and go on my merry way.
