They used to be so you could swap them between characters. That's one reason I really liked them. But it seems they've changed them. The wiki still says account bound instead of soulbound on use. Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted March 2, 2018 Share Posted March 2, 2018 If you look at the API in the Wiki, you will see it states: Flags: 0 "AccountBound" 1 "SoulBindOnUse" I'd guess you can move them around among characters/the bank until a character uses one in some way.
