Unflinching Fortitude

I noticed that this skill can (a) be interrupted, and (b) when it is interrupted, it does not apply any of its buffs and goes on full cool down. I know it's only a quarter second window, but does anyone else find this problematic? Endure Pain and Bypass Coating are both stun-breaks, and both of them apply their effects instantaneously.

It is strange but not without precedent. Well of Power for Necro and Rumble for Engie also have that 1/4 second cast time. Not sure if those drop their effects at the start of the cast or after.

 

If it's _effectively_ instant cast so why not just remove the cast time? Especially for survival skills like this.{ puzzled }

That's exactly what they did for Bypass Coating, as I recall.

Would be nice if the whole spec was less clunky but hey, let's aim for 1 fix at a time :/
