It's very easy and profitable in GW2 so why not?

Yes, the first problem is that the defiance bar cannot be broken without using bombs - and a lot of them. Normal CC skills do almost nothing to it. The second problem is timing - the defiance bar is up for way too short. When the breakbar appears you have to be on the launchpad or in the air already, or you will miss it. Those two points together make the mechanic practically impossible to do by a normal pug zerg. You'd need a prepared and organized group of people to pull it off.

 

Lack of explanations of how that mechanic work has a negligible impact on the result in this case.
