Change to Frenzy

Ever since the change to make Quickness a Boon, Frenzy has slowly been rendered quite obsolete in comparison to other stances. Specifically, it feels old and out-of-place in its current iteration, so I propose it is changed to be put more in line with the other stances.

 

### Suggestion 1: Secure Burst

* Duration reduced to 4s. Now a unique effect. Cooldown reduced to 35s. No longer Breaks Stun.

* Pulses Quickness (1 1/2s) every second.

* Unique Effect makes Attacks Unblockable.

* Unique Effect causes all attacks to Cripple (1 1/2s) enemies struck. This has an internal Cooldown of 1s. This can affect multiple targets per instance.

* **Reasoning** - To help flesh out Frenzy's place as an Offensive Stance, this change is geared towards more secure Quickness uptime by making it a pulsing effect, so that a single Corruption won't completely shut down the stance. Duration reduced as a result, but Cooldown with it. The Might is removed to focus more on securing the landing of a Damage Burst rather than intensity of it, replaced with Unblockable Attacks and the ability to constantly Cripple enemies for a short time.

 

### Suggestion 2: Anti Anti-Boons

* Duration reduced to 4s. Now a unique effect. Cooldown reduced to 45s. Still Breaks Stun.

* Pulses Quickness (1s) and Might (5 stacks, 3s) every second.

* Unique Effect makes the player unable to lose Boons for the duration of the effect. This includes effects such as Boon Steal, Boon removal or Boon Corruption. Boons will still expire if their duration does, of course.

* **Reasoning** - Secures burst damage by means of denying the enemy ways to remove your own offenses, rather than blazing through enemy defenses. Ensuring Boons cannot be removed will help make Frenzy a viable choice in PvP and WvW scenarios, where Corruption and removal flies all over the place.

 

### Suggestion 3: Massive Burst

* Duration reduced to 4s. Now a unique effect. Cooldown reduced to 35s. No longer Breaks Stun.

* Pulses Quickness (2s) every second.

* Unique Effect increases Critical Hit Chance by 50%.

* Unique Effect makes the player immune to Debilitating Conditions. These include Vulnerability, Slow, Weakness and Blindness.

* **Reasoning** - No fluff, just a massive increase to outgoing damage while making the player immune to Conditions that hampers such attempts.
