This Valentine's day my dad got me the Wings of Love glider and I was super appreciative of it but there was a problem, I already had it and he didn't know and since he wanted to make it a surprise he didn't think to ask first.

 

Now I just have this expensive rock in my inventory that I can't use and just need to jump through hoops to have refunded to him and I'd be shocked if this was the first time something like this happened to someone. There needs to be something to let people know when they're buying a cosmetic item like that for someone if that person already has it so they can cancel the purchase and get something else.

 

On this thought, it'd be really nice if there was a filter on the trading post with this kind of use so I can remove any minis or dyes or skins etc that I already have when I'm just looking for what I don't have.
