We would very much like to support A Net. I think it's a country IP issue as we are from Singapore, but one of our Guildies managed to buy gems, so it probably isn't a country IP thing. I know you might think 'Is it a problem with my credit card or the bank account??' No. Everything is fine, please contact the support and I hope they fixes your problem.
