Mini Djins - where are they?

Recently on Reddit, someone asked about the mini Djins. Dev said they're a very rare drop and don't look bugged.

Sadly we cannot buy order it. So the person who found it did not even price check the item on the trading post and most likely straight up added it to wardrobe. Probably some ultra casual player who got lucky without even knowing anything about the rarity of the item and probably also never displaying it considering noone ever bragged about having one on reddit or forums or posting any information to the wiki :(
