I have tried: Clearing Cookies, Switch browser, buy from in game, buy while in a map, and lowercase billing. I've also sent in a ticket. I believe the issue was that the pre-saved information had my credit card expiration date as 10/21. I manually entered 10/2021. Hope that helps!
