OskrArvizu.4618 Posted September 23, 2017 Share Posted September 23, 2017 I bought the game yesterday normally I get an email straight away, I didnt get anything at all on any of my email accounts, the money was deducted from my account yet the expansion is not active in my GW2 account, should I just ask for my money back? The thing is, stopping payment or getting a refund on the game will cause all sorts of problems for your main account and you'll have to deal with customer service anyway. Further replies, and resolution of your issue may take up to two weeks (due to the current high volume), though it may be much quicker. Good luck.
